About the RoleThis is a 12-month fixed-term position, with the possibility of permanency upon completion. The successful candidate will work across inter-office boundaries to provide seamless continuity of service and information management, supporting the delivery of operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level support and advice to executive, including senior representatives of client entities, Parliamentary Committees, and government and Ministerial offices.
- Manage executive and advisory support to OAG Executive, leading strategic, high-level stakeholder engagement.
- Build relationships, network, and influence stakeholders, including senior representatives of client entities, government, and Ministerial offices.
- Provide independent, unbiased advice based on research of complex and sensitive issues.
- Oversee and implement key external stakeholder communications, including identifying and proposing risk mitigation strategies.
- A current comprehensive CV detailing relevant experience.
- A 2-page statement outlining transferable experience, demonstrating the ability to provide frank and fearless advice to a senior executive.
- Reports prepared for internal or external circulation.
- A copy of qualifications.
