Sephaora is a leader in the beauty industry, with a diverse and inclusive culture that values discovery and growth. We are part of a global luxury goods conglomerate.

We have stores across Australia and New Zealand, with a growing online presence and plans for expansion year on year. This is an exciting opportunity to join our management team as a senior retail professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting store leadership in delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Driving sales performance through coaching and development of the store team.
  • Utilizing data insights to inform operational decisions.
  • Facilitating open communication and serving as a point of contact for client and team matters.

You will receive initial training and ongoing support through our online learning platform and field trainers. Your career growth options are extensive within the LVMH community.

Requirements:

  • Prior retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
  • A passion for excellent client service and experiential retail to represent the Sephora brand.
  • A drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.

Each store has unique needs. Only Australian citizens or permanent residents will be considered for this opportunity. The ideal candidate will be able to commit 5 full days per week across key trading times, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
