About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled IT Support Team Leaders & Technicians to join our team at John Holland, where you will have the opportunity to work on iconic projects that shape cities and communities.

Job Description

  • Support all systems, applications and infrastructure under our IT Service Delivery Model.
  • Work to resolve Level 2 support requests, phone calls and walk-up requests.
  • Provide support to the wider IT Team to manage, install, test and troubleshoot new technology and systems.
  • Assist in reviewing technologies to determine suitability for the project and wider business.
  • Support SME's in the implementation of supported applications & systems.
  • Maintain, assign and reassign IT devices and assets.
  • Mobilise, support and demobilise project offices all the way from installing network hardware and video conferencing equipment to end user device installs at desks.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computing or other relevant discipline.
  • Significant Help Desk and Level 2 support experience ideally within construction/engineering.
  • Strong IT networking and troubleshooting skills.
  • M365, Service Now, MS Teams and Intune experience.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A logical approach to problem solving and strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and superior customer services skills.
