Global Facilities Lead Role

  • This is a key position in the facilities management team, responsible for overseeing maintenance and operations across global campuses.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintenance Strategy Development
  • Develop and implement a global maintenance strategy to ensure standardised processes, operational efficiency, and compliance.
  • Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programs to minimise downtime and disruptions.
Vendor Management
  • Establish and manage vendor relationships for facilities maintenance services.
  • Drive vendor consolidation initiatives to enhance cost efficiency and service quality.
Compliance and Risk Mitigation
  • Ensure all campuses comply with local and international standards for fire safety, electrical, mechanical, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement a centralised system for compliance tracking to manage inspections and audits effectively.
Budgeting and Cost Optimisation
  • Manage a global maintenance budget to deliver cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings through predictive maintenance, bulk procurement, and process enhancements.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with regional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance programs.
  • Collaborate closely with Real Estate, Workplace Experience, Finance, and Legal teams to align maintenance operations with business goals.
