Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a customer service ambassador. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers and providing exceptional service to ensure their needs are met.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, responding to inquiries, and promoting our services to existing and potential customers.
About the RoleA few key responsibilities of the position include:
- Providing top-notch customer service by responding to customer needs and ensuring quality meets agreed standards.
- Engaging with customers to promote our services and develop positive relationships.
- Ensuring all customer interactions are friendly, helpful, and efficient.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Current First Aid certification.
- Current CPR certificate.
- Working With Children Check or equivalent.
- National Police Check.
The successful candidate will possess a can-do attitude, attention to detail, great telephone manner, teamwork skills, fast learning abilities, good computer skills, and a positive, friendly, helpful, and energetic personality.
