Shaping a Sustainable Future for Communities

Western Australia Return Recycle Renew is driving the recycling revolution through Containers for Change, promoting positive social and environmental impact.

The Opportunity:

  • Develop, implement, measure, and report on Environment and Sustainability Strategies, Reconciliation Action Plans, Aboriginal Engagement Plans, and Social Impact Frameworks.
  • Establish clear metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement in functional budgets and forecasts.
  • Build relationships with government, sector leaders, Aboriginal communities, and key stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Oversee ESG-related initiatives, projects, and reporting to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with organisational objectives.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in ESG frameworks, delivering, measuring, and reporting ESG outcomes.
  • Experience in developing environment and sustainability strategies and engaging staff in their development.
  • Strong understanding of reconciliation and Aboriginal engagement, aligning and delivering against Reconciliation Action Plans and Aboriginal Engagement Plans.
