About the Role:

The University of Notre Dame Australia is seeking an experienced Paramedicine Educator to join its team. This is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the delivery of high-quality education in paramedicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical classes aligned with the Master of Paramedicine and Graduate Diploma of Paramedicine programs.
  • Coordinate course activities, supervise teaching staff, and participate in professional development to maintain accreditation requirements.
  • Engage with students, provide feedback, and facilitate a positive learning environment.
  • Broad administrative duties, including marking, assessment, and quality review to ensure academic integrity.
  • Participate in school meetings, committees, and planning activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a paramedicine qualification, registered with AHPRA, and a PhD or Master's degree with five years' experience in health or education settings.
  • Demonstrated expertise in paramedic education, leadership, and management qualities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.

Salary: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary at Level C ($119,130 - $143,255 per annum), plus 14.25% superannuation.
