About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese-speaking CRM Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for marketing.

As a CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and experience through personalized campaigns and strategies. You will act as a bridge between our players and our platform, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate all Japanese-based communication and content to enhance the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle
  • Recommend and develop optimal plans for delivery of a campaign, campaign format and campaign platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate
  • Enhance player lifetime value, reduce churn and implement relevant CRM strategy in the Japanese market
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when
  • Work closely with the acquisition team to maximise the growth of campaigns in the Japanese market, as well as the company's vision to launch into this new market

Requirements:

  • Retention marketing knowledge
  • Passionate team player with the ability to work with colleagues across departments
  • Fluency in Japanese is a must
  • You have experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with excellent time management skills
