Main Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate all sales, technical queries, business development, and administration of key accounts and new clients within the allocated territory.
- Pro-actively promote the company's product range to new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Conduct client site visits to secure new orders.
- Liaise with customers and assist with general enquiries on the company's product range, offering technical advice and product information.
- Up-sell additional products on customers' initial order and cross-sell other products and services within the business.
- Pro-actively advise existing and potential customers of sales promotions, product improvements, and new product launches.
- Increase sales through various direct and indirect methods while maintaining profit contributions.
- Negotiate long-term contracts for various products and services through regular client meetings and service reviews.
- Develop marketing and sales strategies to target potential clients.
- Provide statistical, development, and sales reports to senior management.
- Maintain and develop the customer database, ensuring the accuracy of all information entered.
- Perform general administrative duties and work to office procedures.
- Previous experience in a Technical Sales role.
- Proven business development skills.
- Excellent account management and customer service skills.
- Trade background experience or a strong technical aptitude.
- Full WA drivers' license.
- Excellent PC and data entry skills, good keyboard speed with a high attention to detail.
- Team player.
- Highly motivated and ambitious.
- Able to use own initiative, pro-active, and forward-thinking.
- Excellent communication skills.
