Job Overview

This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of high-performance Citrix-based solutions in large, complex environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Citrix platforms, virtual app/desktop services, and cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Azure.

They should also possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, maintain, and support Citrix platform services to ensure performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Lead transformations and deliver platform migrations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives aligned with technology roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product owners to implement roadmap features, assess risks, and prioritize system enhancements.
  • Ensure resilience by leading incident resolution, championing robust change management, and overseeing performance monitoring to uphold system resilience and security.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by developing and embedding best practices, documentation, and advancing team capability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
