The practice is known for its business process-led design methodology, which reduces customisation and ensures scalable, future-proof solutions tailored to each client's needsThe RoleAs a key member of the DXC Team, the Solution Architect is an extremely pivotal role within the organisation - we are looking to employ a high calibre, experienced and passionate individual to lead our Salesforce pre-sales and solutioning capability across ANZ.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering presales excellence with Salesforce.The Solution Architect defines and is responsible for the applications business go to market, working directly with their counter parts at Salesforce and coordinating with a number of third party vendors and the broader DXC business.
The role also includes program architecture within with our strategic customers.This role is offered on a permanent full-time capacity based in either Melbourne or Sydney, other cities in ANZ will be considered for the right candidate.
In this role, the successful candidate will be driving strategic client business solutions, primarily focussed on the modernisation of client's technology and application landscapes to Industry leading Salesforce solutions.ResponsibilitiesStrategy: Definition and execution of the applications business go to market, partner ecosystem, investment requirements, IP development and methodology.Pre-sales: Working with the regional sales team to identify and qualify opportunities and attending customer/prospect meetings, providing inputs into proposals for the practice, and presenting and/or demonstrating their solution as part of bid presentationsProgram Architecture: working with our strategic clients to define their architectural roadmapGrowth: Developing and executing on the pipeline of work generated, identification of key resources in the marketplace to build and drive capabilitiesDelivery excellence: Ensuring there is a consistent and repeatable methodology for the delivery of projects, and providing QA services to key projectsCollaboration: Working with Salesforce (predominantly Presales, Product Strategy) and third party vendors to develop best in class winning solutions and proposalsExperience Required Extensive experience in the articulation of strategic client solutions using Salesforce offeringsDemonstrated experience of building demos and showcasing salesforce product featuresProven experience in medium to large scale transformation projectsSolid experience in providing solution leadership across SalesforceStrong background in building strategy, supporting sales and pre-sales by providing input into bids and proposals for Salesforce.Strong track record of generating revenue and margin growthProven experience in driving a solutions focused practice within a consultancy or software vendorExcellent communication skills and strong passion for presales excellence and qualityExcellent stakeholder engagement capabilityHow To ApplyIf you have the above skill set, and if you would like to be part of a culture that rewards performance, encourages ideas and promotes growth, then please press the "apply now" button below and submit your resume.At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
