About the Role
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the Care Manager and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current AHPRA registration (Division 1).
  • Previous experience in aged care.
  • Availability and reliability to commit to permanent shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
