Main Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer experience for our clients.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients.
- Provide administrative support to clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists).
- Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
- Billing clients correctly and taking a range of payments.
- Learn and competently use a range of software and applications.
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration role.
- A passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
- Great communication and active listening skills.
- Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
