Job Title: Floor Manager

We are seeking a passionate and results driven individual to join our team as a Floor Manager.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for someone with a passion for retail who is highly motivated and results driven.
  • The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service and communication skills, be able to work in a team environment and take on additional responsibilities when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in retail management with an excellent sales track record and the ability to maximise sales, assist with coaching, leading and motivating a team.
  • High level of Technology and Entertainment product knowledge to support customer queries and provide exceptional customer focused problem solving.
  • Service customers while managing work tasks around their needs, including resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services.
  • Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets and flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades.
