Job Opportunity:

We are a global coaching and training organization with a mission to empower professionals in their careers and personal lives.

We seek an experienced Senior Business Coach to join our team, working directly with clients in group and 1:1 settings. This is a remote, full-time position offering flexibility and purpose.

The Role

You'll play a key role in guiding clients through the process of launching and scaling profitable businesses. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring clients, delivering high-impact group coaching calls and 1:1 sessions, supporting clients with strategy across online & social media marketing, sales & client acquisition, and contributing to program development and resources.

About You

You have a proven track record of building and scaling a successful business yourself, ideally in personal development, business coaching, media, or marketing. We're looking for someone with strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills who can motivate, challenge, and inspire others to take bold action.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in small business, coaching, consulting, or digital entrepreneurship.
  • Proven success scaling your own business to 6- or 7-figures.
  • Deep expertise in online marketing, social media strategy, and tech platforms.
  • A passion for personal development, transformation, and helping others succeed.
