Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of high-quality learning programs that cater to diverse age groups.
  • Work collaboratively with educators to enhance their skills and empower them to deliver exceptional results.
  • Monitor and assess individual child progress, providing targeted support to ensure optimal growth and development.
  • Establish clear goals and standards for teaching and leadership excellence across the centre.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Improvement Plan through insightful suggestions and recommendations.

centre Information

Our centre offers a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. The spacious outdoor play area features a sandpit, water play, and vegetable garden, while our indoor learning spaces are equipped with quality resources tailored to each age group.

We provide high-quality education and care from six weeks to six years, including our government-funded Flying Start to School kindergarten program. Our team is dedicated to supporting your child's journey from day one.

What We Look For
  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
  • Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA).
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
  • Previous experience working in the early years sector (desired).
  • A valid Working with Children Check or state-specific equivalent.
