Learning and Development Leader

The Learning and Development Lead plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, delivering, and managing impactful learning programs across various retail brands.
Responsibilities include overseeing initiatives such as onboarding, recognition, and customer service programs, masterclasses, and intern programs.
Key Skills and Experience:- Demonstrated expertise in learning design and delivery, alongside facilitation
- Proficiency in eLearn authoring tools, including Articulate Rise and SCORM files
- Effective project management, program design, and delivery skills
- Proven track record in program design and delivery, spanning an audience of minimum 5,000 individuals
- Proven influencing, interpersonal, communication skills, along with stakeholder management skills
- Research and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel for the purpose of delivering and facilitating learning programs may be required
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Development, or related discipline preferred
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Instructional Design desirable
- Knowledge of retail, ideally with pharmacy experience
