Job Description:

The Revenue Cycle Management Officer is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing and reporting of all accounts receivable, including the vigilant collection and reconciliation of outstanding accounts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Raising and issuing customer invoices and credit notes
  • Issuing monthly statements
  • Receipting and allocating payments
  • Assisting in the improvement of methods and processes
  • Ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the Accounts Receivable function, including invoice processing and the collection of Accounts Receivable
  • Negotiating with suppliers and contractors to resolve any discrepancies
  • Performing reconciliations to ensure invoicing is accurate
  • Responding to inquiries regarding accounts receivable
  • Supporting the finalization of month-end accounts

Other duties may be assigned as required to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the finance function.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • The ability to work autonomously while respecting the dynamics of a team

You will also require effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders.

Working Conditions:

This role requires an 8-hour shift, with opportunities for supplemental pay through bonuses and Christmas bonuses.

Please note that relocation to Canning Vale, WA 6155 is required for this role.

Experience and Qualifications:

Prior experience in accounts receivable is preferred, but not essential. You will need to hold a valid work authorization for Australia.
