At the Australian Cricketers' Association (ACA), we're committed to championing the rights and wellbeing of cricketers across Australia. We're seeking a passionate Player Development & Wellbeing Programs Lead to join our team and drive the evolution of our player development and wellbeing programs.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role in evolving our wellbeing services, working full-time to design and develop programs that help cricketers thrive on and off the field. They'll lead the development and evolution of our Player Development and Wellbeing program (GamePlan), ensuring that the unique needs of current and transitioning players continue to be met now and in the future.

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll have:

  • Proven experience in program management, ideally within wellbeing, sport, member-based organisations, or healthcare.
  • Strong project management, administration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of wellbeing trends and a commitment to human-centred program design.
  • Excellent organisation, detail-orientation, and a passion for creating positive change.
