Village & Aerodrome Coordinator

As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee the safe and efficient operation of our aerodrome and village facilities.

  • Main responsibilities include managing daily aerodrome operations in line with CASA MOS 139, coordinating scheduled flights, and overseeing safe delivery of village services.
  • You will also handle procurement activities, conduct regular audits, and promote a strong safety culture by upholding HSEC standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in general administration, including experience with ERP systems such as Pronto and SAP.
  • Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and expertise in using travel management systems like PeopleTray and INX Inflight.
  • You will also need to hold a current C Class Driver's Licence (manual).
