Job Title

The role of Airport Operations Manager is a key position in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the seamless operation of airport landside systems.

This includes managing car park systems, security protocols, and responding to queries and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.

You will also oversee surveillance systems, respond to system alerts, and collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed.

In addition, you will provide support for emergency resource management, ground handling agent liaison, and respond to telephone inquiries.

This hands-on role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to working within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
