The ICT Vendor Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in the organisation's success, ensuring seamless collaboration with vendors to achieve strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Executive Manager, this dynamic professional will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with vendors and managing the operational aspects of ICT contracts and related governance.

- Extensive knowledge and experience in Queensland Information Technology Contracting Frameworks and supply chain contracts management.
- Sound understanding of benefits realisation and project management concepts.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing vendor performance against contractual terms and Service Level Agreements.
- Lead and manage contract management services, ensuring timely and effective service responses to customers.
- Monitor and review contract performance and key performance indicators, making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure contract integrity by conducting regular reviews and documenting all amendments.
- Nurture collaborative relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
