Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of projects from acquisition, planning and approvals through to tender, construction and handover.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional quality projects within tight project timeframes.

The Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Maintain strict control over project finances, quality and WHS protocols.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate with design teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client expectations.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, COUNCILS, AND KEY STAKEHOLDERS.
  • Interpret and manage contractual matters, ensuring seamless project execution.
Suitable Candidate
  • MINIMUM 5 YEARS' LOCAL EXPERIENCE IN A PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND/OR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION ROLE.
  • A strong understanding of the development lifecycle and statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements for construction.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate project objectives and progress to stakeholders.
  • Contract Administration knowledge, with experience in managing RFIs, EOTs, and Variations.
  • A highly organised, proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to learn from industry experts.
