CDC NSW is the largest private bus operator in NSW, and we are seeking an OCC Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a logical thought process.
The OCC Controller will be responsible for monitoring bus service performance in real-time, minimizing delays, and handling emergencies. They will also be required to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including depot management, mechanics, and Transport for NSW.
This is a unique opportunity to learn from and be part of a highly qualified and experienced team. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor bus service performance in real-time and minimize delays
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including depot management, mechanics, and Transport for NSW
- Handle emergencies and restore service after disruptions
- Use online support systems to resolve incidents and requests
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- A logical thought process and strong problem-solving skills
- The ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment
- Familiarity with CRM and telephony systems
