We are a 7 day a week business that specializes in kids' birthday parties and indoor casual play. Our mission is to provide an exceptional experience for children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality customer service skills, ensuring a fun and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Maintain a bubbly and cheerful attitude, even in high-pressure situations.
- Assist with barista duties, including serving drinks and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Care for children of various ages, engaging in activities and providing a safe and nurturing environment.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to the overall success of our business.
- A positive and energetic personality, with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience working with children, either in a professional or personal capacity.
- Able to work well under pressure, juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
