What is the role?
**As the Parties & Events Manager at Kingpin Crown, you will**:

- Partner with all Department Heads & lead a team of Event Hosts to create premium, immersive Group & Corporate experiences
- Provide our guests with a remarkable experience to remember forever
- Our dedicated Sales & Events team will look after securing all events, it's your job to prep the team, create the vibe and deliver the fun

With events ranging anywhere from children's birthday parties to corporate events and anything in between, this role is perfect for anyone who knows how to adapt
Given the nature of parties and events, this role requires flexible availability, including being able to work evenings and weekends.
Who are you?
- You hold a valid WWCC or are willing to obtain
- You have prior experience in Parties, Events & Leadership; you have a strong focus on Group & Corporate bookings
- A hands on & effective leader with a high attention to detail
- You know how to adapt your approach to the situation as the day goes on
- Natural ability in relationship building to dazzle guests, drive sales & ensure encourage 5 star reviews
- A true partner that can make themselves indispensable to the team
