Job Title: Operational StrategistWe are seeking an experienced Operational Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and implementing strategies to ensure efficient use of resources.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective operational systems and policies to achieve high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adequate resources are available to meet agreed objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to plan and implement operational projects that minimize impact on DIFOT.
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are fully developed, clearly written, and adhered to by facility operatives.
  • Plan operational initiatives to improve profitability and/or productivity.
About You:
  • You have thorough knowledge of quality systems regulations, including PIC/S Code of GMP, GWP, GDP, and appropriate ISO standards.
  • You have a strong understanding of warehousing and management systems, preferably with prior Healthcare experience.
  • You can analyze and solve operational issues as they arise.
  • SAP knowledge is highly desirable.
  • You have knowledge of warehousing and distribution best practices, including manpower and equipment needs to minimize labor costs.
  • You have experience with Warehouse Management Systems & ERP (SAP).
