Senior Communications Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying our internal and external communications. This includes crafting compelling messaging, executive communications, events, and employee engagement programs.

This strategic role requires a proactive mindset, excellent writing skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content. You will work collaboratively with business units and project teams to support consistent, customer-centric communications across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in communications or a related field, supported by a relevant qualification, with a proven track record of delivering impactful communication strategies in complex organisational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement engaging communication initiatives that align with our strategic and operational goals.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support the delivery of consistent communications.
  • Plan and manage internal events and programs that promote key business priorities.
  • Ensure all communications reflect our brand voice and visual identity.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by streamlining communication processes and increasing self-service capabilities.
