About the Role

The Digital Producer is a key member of our team, responsible for enabling successful ideation, development, and delivery of initiatives for all conversion and merchandising activities, including tactical and non-tactical campaigns, as well as personalized content for web.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enable tactical and non-tactical campaign activity - Ideate, design, and implement planned and tactical campaign activities on the website, leveraging Sitecore and Tealium where relevant.
  • Initiative A/B and multi-variate (MVT) testing - Ensure testing setup is correct, with no delivery or reporting anomalies, and create multiple variations of testing banners/landing pages when necessary to ensure testing success.
  • Deliver compelling content experiences and merchandising experiences - Plan, design, implement, and optimize content experiences and merchandising activities across web, mobile, and emerging channels, ensuring audience targeting and relevancy, quality, and accuracy of imagery and messaging.
  • Practice Agile collaboration - Work with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Portfolio Management stakeholders to define backlog initiatives and features dedicated to merchandising and sales responsibilities, capabilities, and promotional activities.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience working as a digital/web/content producer.
  • Experience working across a wide range of digital projects (content or product).
  • Creative skills to oversee the production of quality digital content and/or product.
  • Ability to develop strategy based on strong research and data analysis or competitive reviews.
  • Skills in Adobe platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Sitecore, and Tealium.
  • Audience Manager/Tealium highly desirable or equivalent.
  • HTML and CSS experience highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools and sets to produce compelling web-based solutions.
  • Ability to estimate delivery of digital projects and/or product assessment.
