About the Role

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual to support the Retail Analytics Manager in refining and defining retail success metrics. The successful candidate will track key retail KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to Regional Managers to optimise regional operations and profitability.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support the development of store-level targets (customer, financial, operational) and ensure alignment with finance-set budgets
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on customer behaviour, financials, and operations to inform strategic decision-making
  • Analyse data to address queries from store teams and deliver reports that enhance instore performance
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of critical datasets, such as the store master list, through regular data audits and updates
  • Measure the impact of retail initiatives by comparing performance before and after launch, driving data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent, aligned reporting tools and metrics across all brands
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail analytics or a related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of dashboard creation and maintenance
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs and metrics
  • Familiarity with database management and data integrity practices
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and risks
