Fitness Consultant Role

The Fitness Consultant position offers a dynamic opportunity to join a team overseeing aquatic and leisure centres. Our venues provide top-class activities, programs, and promote the area as a leader in sport, recreation, and leisure.

We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals with a passion for health and fitness to deliver exceptional customer service at our aquatic centre and stadium. The successful candidate will develop and implement fitness centre and group fitness studio activities, programs, and competitions to maximize participation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate and professional information to customers
  • Developing and implementing fitness centre and group fitness studio activities, programs, and competitions

Essential qualifications and experience include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field (minimum Certificate III in Fitness)
  • Registered Fitness Leader certification (AUSactive, Fitrec, Physical Activity Australia or equivalent)
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Team player with experience in a leisure environment working to strict parameters to achieve set targets
