This is a unique opportunity to continue building the capability of regulators and industry on the regulation of Victoria's earth resources sector during significant growth as we transition towards a duties-based regulatory model.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement innovative regulatory practice approaches to ensure safe earth resources activities that protect people property infrastructure and the environment.
  • Utilize expertise in adult learning workforce training organisational development or related fields to enhance competency-based capability frameworks in regulatory settings.
  • Operate in high-risk industries such as mining quarrying petroleum or comparable sectors with experience in developing and implementing regulatory strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in education adult learning workforce training organisational development or related fields.
  • Prior experience in developing competency-based capability frameworks in regulatory settings is highly desirable.
  • Operational experience in high-risk industries like mining quarrying petroleum or comparable sectors would be well-regarded.
