Quality Enhancement Specialist

Ruah Community Services seeks a diligent Quality Officer to collaborate with the Governance Team in enhancing quality processes, ensuring our services are safe, effective, and compliant.
This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, proactive approach, and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Knowledge and understanding of risk, quality, and governance principles in community services/health services settings.
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills to prioritize duties effectively.
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in using computer software for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of diversity and social inclusion concepts.
