Ramsgate Beach House (RBH) is a brand new beachside venue that serves fresh, vibrant and contemporary dishes made with quality produce and a Mediterranean twist. Our food, wine and cocktail menus have been designed to be enjoyed against the stunning backdrop of Ramsgate Beach. We are looking for outgoing professionals who can stay calm under pressure and have fun while they're at it and who are committed to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. We have a range of hours that would suit a full time professional bartender to part time roles that support the team.

Ramsgate Beach House is a licenced venue open 7 days for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The RBH Kiosk

opens out on to the beach and promenade.

We are looking for bar staff who are professional and can work as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Making drinks and cocktails to order
- Taking orders at the bar
- Setting up the bar, cocktail prep and putting away deliveries
- Ensuring service areas are clean and tidy
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
- Monitor alcohol service in compliance with RSA
- Assist in creating new cocktails

You must
- Valid RSA
- Wine and spirits knowledge
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- A positive, professional attitude to work alongside the RBH team
- Well groomed
- Must be flexible and available to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service times while maintaining RBH's high

standards
- Hard working with a strong attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $45.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- RSA (preferred)
