About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our hotel team. As a natural-born leader, you will inspire, innovate, and empower your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and performance of the hotel, ensuring smooth running and exemplary guest service.
  • Prepare and review budgets and forecasts, manage debtors, oversee orders, and conduct audits.
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Marketing to build an annual business plan and monitor its progress.

About You:

  • A proficient leader with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience managing a complex property with conferencing.
  • Exceptional financial acumen and proven experience with revenue management.
  • Demonstrated achievements in delivering growth results in hotels and driving revenue.
  • Previous experience working in a centralised hotel management model.
  • Solid and proven experience managing owner/stakeholder relationships with strong negotiation skills.
  • An inspirational leader managing teams, building culture, and developing talent pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of Corporate Sales.
  • High standards of attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
  • Full permanent Working Rights in Australia.

Certifications:

  • Approved Managers Licence.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
  • Provide First Aid Certification.
