About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Garden Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Green by Nature. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of garden care and maintenance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering to maintain and enhance gardens and outdoor spaces.
  • Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas to ensure a well-manicured appearance.
  • Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds to create a visually appealing and healthy environment.
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

About You
  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods to perform tasks safely and effectively.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun, to ensure the highest standards of garden care and maintenance.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • White Card
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
