Data Centre Operations Co-ordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in managing day-to-day operations across multiple data centre locations. This hands-on position is critical to ensuring equipment performance, process efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate hardware activities including installations, de-installations, moves, changes, and removals of IT, Security, and Networking equipment.
- Monitor, analyse, and improve equipment performance, data centre environments, and procedural compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation, asset records, site diagrams, and reports while supporting problem/change identification and resolution.
- Liaise with support teams and skill groups, ensuring seamless delivery of hardware co-ordination activities.
- Provide business and non-business hours support through shared on-call arrangements.
- Recommend and implement efficiency improvements to processes, procedures, and service delivery.
- Proven track record managing hardware and infrastructure within data centre environments.
- Experience liaising across multiple teams and managing service delivery standards.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain compliance, procedural accuracy, and operational efficiency.
