Plant Specialist

Horticulturist roles involve working with people and customers to provide expert advice on plants and related products. You will engage deeply with colleagues, peers, and guests on horticulture matters, developing strong relationships with customers.
Your knowledge and passion for plants are crucial in plant selection and recommendations. As a key team member, you will contribute to the success of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, help and respond to queries about plants and allied products purchases.
- Label plants, create tickets with plant family information.
- Organise and place price tickets in the Merchandising framework.
- Pick and pack plants and allied products for stores and e-commerce.
- Maintain ticketing integrity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop attractive plant displays.
Requirements:
- Excellent instruction following and process-driven approach.
- Self-directed and able to work independently.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Comfortable in a team-player role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Adherence to company philosophy and sales goals.
