Job Title: Strategic Academic Leader

The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership for the School of Population Health, driving innovation in teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically lead the School to achieve academic excellence in research and education delivery.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs that enhance the reputation of the Faculty and its partners.
  • Align the School's activities with Faculty and University strategic objectives.
  • Manage a team of direct reports including academic staff and the School Manager.

Requirements:

  • A PhD in a relevant discipline area with an outstanding record in research.
  • A track record of achievement and leadership in a managerial role in academia or professional settings.
  • Demonstrated capacity for leading research, education delivery, and health/public health system change management.
