Job Title: Clinical Project Leader

Our client seeks a clinical project leader to oversee clinical research activities. This role involves developing and implementing project management strategies, ensuring smooth clinical operations, and managing project contractual deliverables.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sponsors to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to mitigate financial risks and ensure quality assurance.
  • Manage project scopes and costs, controlling project delivery and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Participate in bid defense processes and conduct training for project team members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in medical, pharmacology, biology, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of drug development processes and regulations, including GCP certification.
  • At least 10 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 6 years in project management; CRO experience preferred.
  • Fluent English, with proficiency in local languages a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
