Job Title: Clinical Project Leader
Our client seeks a clinical project leader to oversee clinical research activities. This role involves developing and implementing project management strategies, ensuring smooth clinical operations, and managing project contractual deliverables.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with sponsors to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Lead cross-functional teams to mitigate financial risks and ensure quality assurance.
- Manage project scopes and costs, controlling project delivery and escalating issues as necessary.
- Participate in bid defense processes and conduct training for project team members.
- Bachelor's degree in medical, pharmacology, biology, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of drug development processes and regulations, including GCP certification.
- At least 10 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 6 years in project management; CRO experience preferred.
- Fluent English, with proficiency in local languages a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Mid-senior level professional with strong project management skills.
- Full-time employment in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
