Professional Payroll Manager

Educational institution seeks an experienced professional to manage payroll and compliance operations. Key responsibilities include leading a team, managing audit activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Salary range: $132,326 - $138,384 per annum (HEW 9) + 17% superannuation contribution.
Key criteria for success include:
- Proven experience in payroll management, preferably with Ascender experience.
- Strong understanding of legislative changes and industry best practices.
- Ability to design and deliver process improvements, including technology enhancements.
- Effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
About the role
This is an ongoing, full-time position at the Joondalup Campus. The successful candidate will be part of the People and Culture Operations team, providing solutions that drive employee-focused initiatives.
