About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Horticulture Crew Leader to coordinate and oversee horticultural maintenance activities for our open spaces and buildings. The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in Horticulture, Arboriculture or a related field, as well as comprehensive knowledge of horticultural techniques, plant care and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a dedicated crew in horticultural maintenance activities, scheduling work tasks, assigning responsibilities and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

  • Liaise with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of horticultural maintenance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of horticultural maintenance strategies and plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications in Horticulture, Arboriculture or a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of horticultural techniques, plant care and landscaping.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A current Victorian Drivers License.
