Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to our Residents, adhering to our organisation's policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Provide clinical leadership and first-line supervision to Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees.
- Allocate duties to ensure optimal service delivery and promote a culture of excellence in aged care.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration and demonstrated clinical knowledge in the field of aged care.
- Thorough understanding of accreditation standards applicable to our organisation.
- Demonstrated high-level analytical, written, and verbal skills, with a mature and empathetic outlook.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others towards a common goal and a strong commitment to our organisation's core values.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts and a willingness to undertake a criminal record check and NDIS Check in accordance with the Aged Care Act 1997.
