We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to join our Business Advisory practice at Derwent Search. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounting & Tax services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results to SME clients.

As a Senior Business Advisory Partner, you will play a key role in advancing our business strategy and driving growth. You will be a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen, who is passionate about innovation, client relationship cultivation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

In this senior leadership role, you will:

  • Champion business development initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • 10+ years' experience in delivering quality Accounting & Tax services to SME clients.
  • Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of sourcing and converting new business.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
