We require a Sales Leader adept at thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, capable of maximizing team performance, training in sales techniques, and effectively managing processes, performance, and accountability.

You should possess a proven track record in team management or leadership, alongside a strong sales background fueled by a passion for products and a drive to meet high sales objectives and overall store success.

Your role will involve both frontline engagement and behind-the-scenes efforts to meet targets while receiving support from Franchise Owners. Your expertise, composed demeanor, and enthusiasm will be key to your success in this position.
