Regional Support Coordinator

Our Katherine-based services require high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of programs.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Program Manager to establish systems, processes, templates, tools, and forms that align with the specific needs of our team. These systems will support all key stages of our programs including referral, assessment, support provision, data collection, and reporting.
This is a dynamic and culturally diverse setting where the successful candidate will be proactive, organised, and able to work autonomously. They will be a strong communicator and team player who brings flexibility, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to supporting positive outcomes for participants in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining accurate and consistent practices that reflect the unique geographic and cultural context of the region.
- Providing administrative support for program delivery, including data collection and reporting.
- Assisting with outreach activities and providing on-site administrative support as required.
- Working collaboratively with the Program Manager to establish and maintain systems and processes.
- A Certificate III in Business or Finance area, or relevant experience in a business support area.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working within a small to medium sized business providing administrative support.
- Competent use of computer systems, including email and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage workload in a busy environment and prioritise to ensure deadlines are met.
