About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as an Employment Coach. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to achieve their career goals and improve their employability skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver coaching and guidance to customers to improve their employability skills and confidence
- Assist customers in preparing quality resumes, cover letters, and job applications
- Find suitable employment opportunities for customers and advocate on their behalf
- Refer customers to internal and external support services for housing, mental health, and financial counselling
- Document customer information and progress accurately within our systems
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong administration background and be proficient in using data entry, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
