Job Title: Content Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Paid Social Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful creative strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Instagram platforms.

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive paid social campaigns that drive measurable results, aligning with brand goals and tone.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and performance teams to brief and implement engaging video, motion, and still content.
  • Analyse competitor activity and market trends to fuel new ideas and build a pipeline of creative concepts for testing.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategic campaign planning, budget management, and performance optimisation against CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets.
  • Engage with ad comments and community interactions, providing education, engagement, and lead nurturing.
  • Drive growth, maintain consistent messaging, and ensure strategies stay ahead of social platform updates and trends.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 2+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns - Meta and TikTok expertise is essential.
  • Agency experience with hands-on campaign management and client-facing work.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, tracking CPL, CPA, and ROAS metrics.
  • Proven success with lead generation campaigns across multiple industries.
  • Understanding of creative strategy, including User-Generated Content and influencer-style content.

Requirements Include:

  • Ability to brief, collaborate, and work closely with designers, editors, and performance teams.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and managing ad interactions.
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Full working rights in Australia (PR, Citizen, or ongoing visa).

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
