As a Personal Banker, you will be the first point of contact for our Members, servicing their everyday banking needs such as inquiries and processing applications for savings accounts, insurances, personal loans, and credit cards, while educating members on digital banking solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a seamless end-to-end banking experience.
  • Making outbound calls to new and prospective members.
  • Referring mortgage inquiries to specialists.
  • Create meaningful conversations with members by building trust and confidence.
  • Build relationships within the Defence Community.
  • Educate members to adopt and use digital banking tools.

About This Role

We're looking for bright minds, promoters of digital banking, and individuals with a strong level of numeracy to join our team.

  • Previous experience in retail banking is required.
  • Tier 2 accreditation is preferred.
