Residential Construction Leader Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to oversee daily operations across multiple townhouse builds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, high-quality standards, and adherence to safety protocols throughout the construction process.

  • Supervise on-site trades, suppliers, and site activity to guarantee efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Manage scheduling and progress across multiple builds, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills to meet deadlines and milestones.
  • Drive quality control, safety, and compliance initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Coordinate structural and landscaping packages, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless project execution.
  • Report to senior management, providing regular updates and insights into project performance.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong background in residential construction, preferably in townhouses, duplexes, or low-rise residential projects. Your expertise should include:

  • Knowledge of structural works and landscaping finishes, enabling you to make informed decisions on project scope and execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple dwellings concurrently, prioritizing tasks and resources to optimize project outcomes.
